Is a week long enough?
Not at ONO. The minimum stay is 60 days. That’s intentional. This place is designed for the kind of living where you actually settle in, find your coffee spot, learn the neighborhood, stop feeling like a visitor. Two months is where that starts.
Can I actually work from here?
Yes, properly. The apartment has a real desk, fast Wi-Fi, and everything you need for full workdays, back-to-back calls, and focused blocks. It works.
What’s already waiting for me when I arrive?
Everything you need to start living, not just unpacking. The monthly rent covers:
No surprise bills, no setup stress. Full details under Pricing & Terms.
How do I find out if ONO is free when I need it?
Go to the apartment page, pick your dates, and you’ll see availability and a price estimate right away. If things look good, there’s a short inquiry process to confirm. No instant booking, just a quick direct exchange. That’s how we keep it personal.
Wait, so what exactly is ONO?
Not a hotel. ONO is a private, fully furnished apartment, yours for the duration of your stay. No reception, no daily housekeeping, no one knocking on your door. You live here independently and in full privacy, with a straightforward rental agreement that keeps things clear for both sides.
What if I don’t want to leave?
It happens. Extensions are often possible, depending on availability. The earlier you mention it the better, it gives us room to make it work. So if you feel it coming, just say something.
My pet is basically my coworker. Can they come?
We love that they’re part of your life, but unfortunately no. ONO is kept pet-free to protect guests with allergies, and the bedding and fabrics are specifically chosen with that in mind. It’s one of those things we hold firm on, even for very good dogs and very charming cats.
What’s it like staying here in winter?
Honestly, one of our favorite times. Athens in winter is quieter, softer, and still very much alive. The apartment has proper heating and was designed for everyday comfort, so whether you’re working through a grey December or just slowing down for a few months, it holds up really well.
My employer covers housing. Can you work with that?
Yes. ONO works well for project-based stays and temporary relocations. Stays are handled directly and we can provide clear documentation and agreements. If your company has specific requirements, just reach out and we’ll figure it out together.
Write to us. We’ll get back to you personally.
